I have bands come visit my basement apartment, where we do fun things like make arts & crafts and talk about feelings. Often, we laugh. Sometimes, we cry. Usually… we drink.

It’s an interview that’s not an interview! It’s an apartment that looks like a burrito take-out place! It’s uncomfortably revealing! It’s Rain’s World!

This will also be the home of my regular blog and everything else that I do. I know. You probably need to change your pants now. That’s okay, I’ll wait.

Okay. You took too long.

Don’t worry, you don’t need pants here anyway.

  1. I’m glad you bounced back with such a great idea — interviewing bands at your place. I should fess up: I’m long-time friends with…your parents! Yes, them! Oh, don’t worry, I won’t embarrass you. The last time my girlfriend Beth and I saw you, you were about 13. And when we saw your mother recently, it had been 13 years! Spooky! Anyway, I hope all is well for you (and your sister). You’re a quirky young gal and that sets you apart and makes you special. And I mean that in a good way.
